| It is the start of Spring Semester. We will be having open practice this week and every week for anyone interested in checking out the Women's Ultimate Frisbee Team.

| Last weekend we were in Santa Cruz for the Sean Ryan tournament and came out in fourth place. This weekend we'll be going up to San Diego for SoCal warmups. Come on out and support us! |

| We will be going up to Pasadena to scrimmage with Caltech on Thursday, October 29th. It will be a great opportunity for the team and its new players to get a taste of what tournaments are like and to introduce them to the awesome world of ultimate. We are excited! |

| We had our first tournament this year at UCLA. Everyone played really well, especially all our awesome rookies! The rookie point was amazing and there was so much flow between all the new players. What a great start to the school year! |

| It is the new school year and the Hellions are excited to be reunited again. Although many players sadly graduated, we hope to spread the spirit of the game and recruit many more rookies. So far they show much promise and talent, so the Hellions are extremely thrilled. |

| The Hellions placed 3rd at the Santa Barbara invite this weekend, beating UCSB for the first time in the team's history! Be sure to check back for results from the President's Day tourney in San Diego on February 14th. |
The Hellions of Troy are a collegiate women's ultimate frisbee team representing the University of Southern California. This young team competes at both regional and national level tournaments, and since its formation in 2003 has been growing in number and competitive success.
The USC Hellions and their coaching staff are dedicated to furthering individual skill, team strategy, and the "spirit of the game" for the women's ultimate on campus.
